A dapple grey horse in a brown rope halter, tied to a ring on the wall, wearing the heavy-lidded look of someone who was promised far more excitement than this. In landscape format.

Good To Know
About This Artwork
Bondage turns a very ordinary moment at the tie ring into a quiet comedy of disappointment. The horse leans in, eyes half closed, and seems to have weighed up the whole arrangement and found it wanting. A bit of a letdown, really, followed by a soft little sigh.
Against a loud, electric purple ground, the white and grey coat, the brown halter and the loosely looping lead rope stand out crisply. The handwritten title and lettering keep it light, cheeky and dry, the kind of humour that grows funnier the longer it hangs on the wall.
Choosing the Right Size
Not sure which size will work best in your space? As a general rule, larger art creates more impact, while smaller sizes work beautifully in more intimate spaces or as part of a gallery wall.
A simple trick is to mark the dimensions on your wall with painter’s tape. It gives you a much better sense of scale before you choose.
