Returns and Refunds

Unless an exception stated in the Return & Refund Policy applies, eligible products may be returned within 30 days in accordance with the conditions described there.

Products must be returned in their original condition and appropriately packaged.

Important: Do not return any item without contacting me first and receiving return instructions. The address shown on the parcel may belong to a production or fulfilment partner and is not necessarily a valid return address. Returns sent without prior authorisation, or to the sender address shown on the parcel, may not be received or processed and may therefore not be eligible for a refund.

Please always follow the return instructions provided in my Return & Refund Policy and any return instructions I provide to you directly.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
